A HIIT (high intensity interval training) session designed to boost metabolism, burn fat, build lean muscle and sculpt the entire body. Split into dedicated sections that target lifting and tightening the booty, sculpting and toning beautiful legs, strengthening and tightening the core, and carving lean, sexy arms, shoulders and back. For all fitness levels, this class is fast paced and fun with music to make you want to move. Maria will guide you through concentrated weighted movement sequences that alternate with cardio intervals. Her goal is to empower you by helping you tune into and transform your own body, delivering results both mentally and physically.

BODY BURN20

This sweat session is all about FUN...and maybe a little healthy competition! Designated into stations, consisting of targeted, high energy intervals set with quick splits and bumping beats to keep you in the zone. Designed for all fitness levels, focuses on athletic conditioning and functional mobility using a variety of free weights, battle rope, plyometrics, body weight and resistance bands. This class will get you sweating and coming back for more. Trust us!

ISOburn

Lean, Tight, Lifted! If this is your goal, then this is your class! A rigorous low impact, high intensity workout combining targeted  isometric sequences strategically designed to take each muscle group to complete fatigue before stretching and lengthening it out. Light weights, booty bands and ankle weights are used to target and recruit the tiny tonic muscles throughout the body and get you to the burn! This class was designed to be the perfect compliment to BURN45.

High energy meets yoga flow. A 1 hour full body workout set to bumping beats, designed to connect you with your mind, breathe and body while burning a ton of fat. Targeted sequences using free weights, body weight and killer cardio sets seamlessly melt together with smooth yoga transitions resulting in a session that will strengthen, lengthen & sculpt your physique while centering your heart & soul.

Power Vinyasa Flow & Crystal Sound Bath

This full-body flow is all about feeling good, feeling strong, and feeling empowered for the rest of your day. The sequence and energy level will change with the needs and desires of the each class, while we work to balance precise alignment, intentional breath, and juuuust the right amount of sweat. A playful attitude and willingness to try are all you need. The final 15 minutes you will be guided into savasana for a relaxing and high vibrational crystal sound bath.
