Spicy Omellete with Sautéd Mushrooms

 
 

INGREDIENTS
- 3 Egg Whites, 1 Whole Egg (organic, free range)
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Garlic, 2 Cloves Crushed
- Cremini Mushrooms
- Sea Salt & Pepper
- Calabrian Chile Paste
Pasture raised eggs are one of the leanest forms of whole food protein out there!

PROCESS

Mix eggs, scramble or omelet style. On the side sauté mushrooms, tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper and butter. Top eggs with chile paste.

So Yum!
