Maria’s Favorite Post Workout Shake
INGREDIENTS (Organic when possible)
- Half a Banana *scrape inside of peel for extra potassium
- Frozen Pitaya Chunks (1/3 cup)
- Frozen Blueberries (1/3 cup)
- Spirulina (antioxidant superfood) (1 tsp)
- Maca Powder ( adaptogen to reduce stress and support stamina) (1/2 tsp)
- Plant Based Protein Powder of your choice (1 scoop)
- Water (1/2 cup)
PROCESS
Blend all ingredients well with blender of your choice
*Option to add hemp hearts for added protein (1-2 tbs)
