Black Sesame Noodles & Roasted Veggie Salad

 
 

INGREDIENTS 

- Mix Watercress & Massaged Kale (2 cups)

- Brown Rice Noodles (1/3 cup) 

- Turmeric Sea Glass Noodles 1/3 cup)

- Fermented Red Cabbage (1/3 cup)

- Roasted Cauliflower & Sweet Potato (1/3 cup)  

- Turmeric Dressing (2 tbs)

- Black Sesame Seeds (1 tsp)

- Sea Salt (to taste)

- Olive Oil (2 tbs)  

PROCESS

Soak glass noodles in warm salt water for about 15 minutes. Strain and toss with turmeric dressing. Boil brown rice noodles (or soba noodles), strain and toss with olive oil, sea salt, black sesame seeds. Combine all veggies and noodles, dress with turmeric dressing.
